Payment by Bank Transfer and Invoice

When booking a course, further education, or a holiday camp, bank transfer is a common payment method accepted by many providers. In this text, we would like to explain how payment by bank transfer works and what you should keep in mind.

First of all, you should be aware that the prices listed in the offers are usually final prices. They include all price components, including any taxes such as VAT. There are no hidden costs or fees, so you always know exactly what you will be paying.

Payment by Bank Transfer - A Common Payment Method

If you choose to pay by bank transfer, you will receive a booking confirmation after your reservation.

This email will provide you with the bank details, the amount due, and the order number, if available.

Once your booking has been received, you will receive an email with the invoice. Please settle the amount as soon as possible, ideally within five business days.

If you are unable to make the payment within this timeframe, it may cause delays in processing your booking.

Make sure to include your booking or order number in the payment reference. This is the only way to ensure that your payment can be clearly assigned.

As soon as your payment has been received, you will receive an email confirmation of the payment along with further information.

You don’t need to worry about any additional fees or costs, and you can be confident that your payment will be correctly assigned. If you have any questions or need assistance, feel free to contact us at any time.
