Withdraw from contract
You can use this form to submit a withdrawal, cancellation or refund request regarding a booking with Rhythmiker.
Please complete the form as fully as possible so that your booking can be clearly identified.
Important
Submitting this form only confirms receipt of your request. It does not automatically mean that your withdrawal or cancellation is legally effective or that a refund will be made immediately.
Rhythmiker offers its own drum courses, trainings, workshops, company workshops, courses for children and young people, as well as holiday camps and summer camps.
After receiving your request, Rhythmiker will review the type of booking involved. In particular, we will check whether a statutory right of withdrawal exists, whether the deadline has been met, whether statutory exclusions apply and which cancellation, withdrawal or participation terms were agreed.
Courses, workshops, trainings and holiday camps with a fixed date
For courses, trainings, workshops, holiday camps, summer camps and similar leisure activities with a fixed date or fixed period, there is generally no statutory 14 day right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off Premises Contracts Act.
In such cases, your request may be reviewed as a cancellation or withdrawal request in accordance with the agreed cancellation, withdrawal or participation terms of Rhythmiker.
If, in exceptional cases, a statutory right of withdrawal applies to your booking, you can exercise it using the form below.
After submitting the form, you will receive an immediate confirmation of receipt by email. This confirmation contains the content of your declaration as well as the date and time of receipt.

A clear statement is sufficient for a withdrawal or cancellation, provided it shows that you wish to withdraw from or cancel the contract. No reason is required. Additional information about the booking may be required to review a cancellation or withdrawal request.
